- We are committed to providing you with the best customer service anywhere. If you’re not satisfied with any product, return it for an exchange or refund whichever you choose. Unless the product being returned is defective or is not the item you ordered, you are responsible for the shipping charges incurred when returning any product. Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that have been abused or modified from their original condition will not be accepted. To find out whether your wooden bowl or utility piece is eligible for return, please contact us.

- Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel an order, most orders can successfully be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us. For best response, call directly. Any order that has been in place for over 24 hours may not be eligible for cancellation. Call for additional information.
